Take some time and reflect. Choose a couple of questions and record your reflections. This might happen via an “old school” hand-written journal or new age digital notes or voice notes using apps like Otter. 


  1. What would I look like if this system were to optimally function?

  2. How much time do I dedicate to this system?

  3. What’s going well and what could be better?

  4. Who might I call on for support?

  5. What barriers are present and how can I remove them?

  6. How might I challenge myself?

  7. How might I learn more?
